Ingredients:
3/4 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of Vitasoy Oat Milk
3 dried or fresh figs, finely chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. chia seeds
2 tsp. honey
Method:
In a saucepan, add the entire ingredients and cook over a medium heat for five minutes.
Serve in a warm bowl and enjoy with a cup of herbal tea.
