Rich in protein, calcium and packed with lasting energy. Combine the following and keep in a jar in refrigerator.
Ingredients:
2tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. chia seeds
2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
2 tbsp. flaxseeds
2tbsp. pumpkin seeds
Method:
Soak the mixed seeds in pure water overnight. In the morning, blend in a blender and add to any unsweetened cereal, or eat alone.
For a protein boost in your diet, add some seed mixture to your favourite smoothie, cereal or muesli.
