Serves: 4 patties
Ingredients:
- 1x400g tin of tuna drain and flake
- ½ cup buckwheat flour
- ½ cup celery, chopped
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp chilli
- 1 egg, beaten slightly
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp of sea salt
Method:
In a bowl mix all ingredients except olive oil, and form into four patties. Place the frying pan over a medium heat, in 2 tbsp olive oil; brown the patties about 5 minutes on each side. Serve with a salad or vegetables.
