Prep time: 15-20 minutes, Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 250 grams of quinoa flakes
- 250 grams of puffed amaranth
- 75g chia seeds
- 50 grams of pepita
- 50 grams sesame seeds
- 5 grams cinnamon
To serve:
- 1-2 tbsp of sheep’s milk yoghurt
- 1 tbsp of LSA
- 1-2 tsp Manuka honey or Agave Nectar
Method:
Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Serve approx. 1 cup of the muesli with 1-2 tbsp of sheep’s milk yoghurt, LSA and Manuka honey
