Method
Heat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a food processor blend everything apart from the chocolate chips and blend till smooth.
Transfer in a bowl and fold in the chocolate chips.
Spoon out about 20cm sized ball and place it on the baking tray.
Cook for approx. 20 minutes or until golden brown on top. Best served when still warm!!

- 1 cup wholemeal flour
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- ¼ cup extra virgin coconut oil
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- ½ cup Capilano honey or agave nectar
- 1 large egg
