Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Vitasoy Oat and Almond Milk
150g natural yoghurt
1/2 a banana
1/3 of a cup of frozen or fresh berries
1 tbsp. of chia seeds
A handful of ice cubes
Method:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Serve in a chilled glass or jar.
